  Worst burger ever. Frozen pre-formed patty. Way overpriced. Sam's Club sample burger better than this.

  Seated in 10 min, reasonable. As soon as we were seated we were asked to take our order which was a bit weird. We took it, using the breakfast menu. We waited for 30 minutes for our food, it never came. A lady gave us the ketchup and said it was coming shortly. We waited for 30 more minutes and it still wasnt ready. Well I was mad by then because we only ordered 2 scrambles! We saw 10 families (yes, I counted ) that came LATER than us and got their food first! What? Then we called a lady over asked what was going on, and they said it would be coming shortly, again. 25 minutes after it STILL hadn't arrived, and we saw people with burgers that got their food earlier. We gave up and told the counter that we were leaving. And she gave us a rude response by saying "Sure, tell us your table" as we left. Do you even care about your service? We are telling all our friends to never come to this location again! SERVICE: SO BAD THAT I BANGED MY HEAD AGAINST THE WALL. FOOD: LITERALLY AIR BECAUSE WE NEVER GOT IT MOTTO OF THIS RESTAURANT: "We don't freaking care if you came first, sit down and get your food- by the way we aren't Amy's Baking Company even though it looks like it"

  Tonight I saw a mouse. It was running around in the booth opposite mine and I had to phone their phone to get the staff's attention to tell them there was a mouse in here. The manager came and apologized but went about his night and took some kitchen staff out to figure out where they were. It's like they didn't believe me until he himself came back and saw the mouse run away with his own eyes. Now I'm scared to walk around because I'm in the area where it is and I don't want it to creep up to me and the manager comes back to tell me that he has to leave now and I need to go and he'll walk with me to the door. Um how about thanks for letting me know there's a rodent in the restaurant and apologizing for the terrible experience I'm having. All he said was that there was construction in the mall and they come out late at night. Seriously disgusting. First time going there for a late dinner...will never be going back.

  We were seated and served quickly. The food quality was good. The location is convenient.
