  My daughter ordering while me and my 3 year old wait aside.while waiting my son bump to the counter cut his lips.So I ask a staff name"Sabrina" for a cup of ice water to calm the bleeding. She told me only if I made an order for her to give me cup of water. I tell her again my son is bleeding I need ice water please. Then she reply same. Then I told her my daughter is making the order.then she got upset. And still didn't give me a cup ice water. I start to get upset.The other staff come to me and said to me even if I was a costumer. I should have order a water at the counter b/c they are busy!?!. then I explain to her I didn't need the water when my daughter was in the line. My son just got a bleeding lip now . I need it now. Then she said the same to me again in a very rude and annoyed way.she gave me a water in a not wanted and unpleasant way.

  One of the busiest Starbucks in Richmond. but they blast through the line as fast as possible. same quality taste in every cup.

  I've been here 3 times in 3 days and the service has been awesome. The line can be bit but it's a busy place. They make my drink exactly the way I like it. Will be back!
