Bought steeped tea and donut at 8 pm Friday night. Yousef "helped" me, supremely distracted in conversation with his friend behind the counter. Waited while he acted as if I wasn't there and finally filled my order in about one minute, which could have taken 15 seconds if he wanted. Place was dirty, owner of franchise doesn't seem to care much about cleanliness nor service. Timmy's at Oakridge Mall in Vancouver much better run.

Located within Richmond Centre. Direct entrance from mall exterior. Good place to grab breakfast or lunch. Busy during rush hours. Washrooms are not the cleanest.
