  A good friend of mine got me into fitness when I was 16 and brought me to Popeyes to get my first tub of protein. at first I thought it was a rip off but my friend at the time told me to think of it as " would I rather eat a can of tuna for 20grams of protien or chug a chocolate whey shake down for the same thing" protien is basically energy(Cal's) and protiens are the building blocks needed to repair and gain muscle , so if you wanna get big you gotta either eat alot of meat or eat moderate meat and supplement with shakes. also the whey you choose(lean,meaning low carbs,ect) plays a big factor. It seems pricey but you're just buying alot at once so it "SEEMS " pricey but whey is pretty cheap for what it is. as a loyal customer who's been coming to popeyes for over 11 years I can tell you that Popeyes by far has the best prices compared to other supplement shops. they constantly have sales, they also throw in Shaker cups and Popeye dollars as a courtesy.
