  Food is average. Most of the times I've went there's some kind of live music aimed at the patrons who come to dance at the dance floor. Quite a large restaurant. Lunch time dim sum is better than dinner in my opinion. They are one of the few dim sum restaurants left with the dim sum on push carts.

  My mom and dad take me here with them on Saturdays whenever they're in a rush or have some place to be. My brothers and I grew up knowing some of the staff that work here and they're always so friendly and they always provide us great service every time. The manager Nancy always checks in our table to make sure we got all the food we asked for. They are one of the very few dim sum places left that have push carts! Reminds me of how traditional dim sum used to be. Oh, so nostalgic!

  One of the best, if not the best Chinese food in the Lower Mainland. It's worth the drive. Good parking, clean place, great food including dim sum. Very large portion of food. We take some home every time. Thank you for giving us the taste.
