  This location loads on the toppings and the staff is polite. I specifically drive to this location even if it's out of the way.

  This was the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a platter for work and expected this to arrive at the stated time. When I called I was told that the driver had come and they had contacted both numbers I had provided. I was also told that I needed to go and pick-up the order. I was in meetings all day and this was not possible. If they could not deliver they should have indicated this. The driver did not contact me upon arrival or anyone else. The ordered arrived 1 hour later. On top of that I was not provided a receipt even though I had pre-paid for the order the night before. As a result, I called 10 minutes after the order was delivered and was told that I would get one emailed to me. As a result I provided my email address. 2 days later to let them know that I still needed my receipt and was told it would be emailed. The lady then stated that they were busy and hung up the phone on me. I really need this receipt and it is on the company to provide this within a timely manner. This location has dropped the ball and as a result I will never order from them and suggest that no one else does as well. They do not take ownership or accountability for their actions.

  Literally the best subway experience of my life. The guy making my sandwich was super nice and even made a happy face with mustard. I wish I lived in Richmond because I would come to this specific subway as much as possible. PROMOTE THAT GUY.

  Food was to be expected... language barrier made it difficult to be undstood and the toaster was out of order
