  This was the worst $10+ burger experience I've ever had. So many things wrong with this place. I ordered "the canuck" which is a bacon cheese burger. Fitting that it reminded me of the nhl team... useless and never will live up to its potential. The most basic burger rule is when you order a cheeseburger, the cheese should be melted through. This was just a heap of cold shredded cheddar.. some pieces were melted but others were cold. The burger itself was ok... nothing spectacular. Couldn't taste the vera sauce since it the burger was smothered in ketchup and mustard. It ended up costing me $15 for a combo...not worth it all. I realize it's the airport... but still that's quite a lot considering the burger isn't that great. I thought the fries were decent though. Also the cashier coughed on her hand, then proceeded to give me a cup for my drink without washing his/her hands (not gonna say ). Completely unprofessional. All in all a terrible experience... go to Carl's jr if you want a burger at the Vancouver airport.

  Spent $20 on breakfast and couldn't get a glass of water. Rude service!

  Was standing in line and saw the cook drop the flipper on the ground, look around to see if anyone noticed, and then pick it up and start flipping burgers again. Nasty!
