Very dirty. Staff sitting on counter!!

Terribly disappointing experience. The service was so slow on a Sunday evening. Perhaps understaffed - we waited for +30 mins to order. Not enough supplies - Salad orders were denied because there wouldn't be enough greens for sandwiches. Staff didn't know their products - I asked if a soup was spicy and they couldn't tell me.

I have so much things with me at the airport that I'm just dreading to walk back and complain. The service was extremely slow and everyone seemed so unhappy. I ordered the turkey bacon club meal and asked for my sandwich to be toasted. It was not; the sandwich actually doesn't taste as good. I also order a water bottle with my meal. Not that it affects the water but the label on the bottle was ripped. Better off going to burger king which is not too far.
