  Better than average bubble tea place. Service is quick and even quicker if you login to their website to order. They have a membership loyalty plan. A lot of their teas use powder or syrup instead of fruit or real tea. Environment is clean and staff are friendly. Parking is abundant as they are part of a strip mall. Pearls do not hold up well when frozen which has happened on slush drinks.

  I usually go to Pho Viet on Westminster Hyw, but thought I would try out this place as the rating is quite high. I ordered my usual, and the portion is much smaller than I expected but more expensive. The soup base is not the usual Vietnamese style, it feels more Chinese. The spring roll and chicken wings did not taste good at all, they were overly fried. I am sorry, but I don't normally do review, but I feel I should. I will go back to my regular from now on.

  Fantastic little joint my friend brought me to. I only had one dish (and keep getting the same one since it's awesome!), but everyone else enjoyed theirs as much. And the price! Excellent prices. The service was super great. They acted like real people serving real people, and not just a slave robot serving another drone. Whenever I'm in the neighbourhood this will be one of my spots, since it doesn't cost much to drop by.

  My friend is one of their regulars and he brought me there one day. Since then I just keep coming back here whenever I feel like Vietnamese food. The dishes I've tried so far are delicious and VERY reasonable. Plus I always feel welcomed when I drop by. The best Vietnamese restaurant in Richmond :)
