  There are tons of flies in the restaurant. Prepare to keep one hand free to wave them away. The quality of the food has gone down significantly over the last few years as well. The soups reek of the smell of old tap water. The seats are always stained with sauces or oil, too. The service is pretty much non-existent. The waitresses either come take your order too soon or don't come at all. After that, they just drop off your order without saying a thing. If you need tea, you need to hunt one of them down. The overall quality of No. 9 is equivalent to that of an illegal street vendor.

  Food was absolutely disgusting and the service was terrible, and prices are ridiculous. If you eat here regularly you are a disgusting human being. Ps: it wouldn't let me give them negative stars.

  Busy place, but the house special is delicious. Ken always makes the experience more enjoyable. Always look forward to this dish whenever near #9 Restaurant. Sometimes even make a special trip as food definitely worth it. Would be more convenient if they accepted credit cards.
