  I placed a deliver order online, estimated delivery time was 35 minutes, food showed up after an hour and a half. Food finally arrived but was nearly room temperature, one of the items I ordered was also missing. I called the store immediately and informed them that I was missing the item, they said they would send their driver right over as soon as he came back. After another half an our still nobody has come with the missing item. I live about 3 minutes drive from the store and yet I waited an hour and a half for food and couldn't even get a rush delivery of a missing item, it was absolutely ridiculous. I deiceded to cancel the re-delivery and just get a credit, I tried calling the store several times and got either a busy signal or a dial-up tone. I gave up and called the website I placed the order though and they refunded me and called the store to tell them not to deliver it. I am very unhappy with the service, won't be doing that again.

  I have given them a star because no star was not an option. The worse place to order from. your order will never show up. never
