  Spent most of day with my friend photographing. Really loved this place. it's a great place to spend with family and friends. walking, jogging, cycling and birds watching... It's next to Vancouver International Airport, so you can watch planes from all over the world taking off and landing...

  Decent park to hang out, go for a walk, go running, bird watching, geo caching, and more especially on a sunny day to enjoy the view. Beach is kept fairly clean. There is washroom facilities by the picnic tables and one at the end of the jetty (4 km long gravel walk way over the pipe). There are four different bins for trash and recycling. Parking spaces seem to be plentiful at this time of year. And no apparent smells as one would notice on a hot day. Summer is usually a lot busier.
