  Heringers have the best pork sausages that I have found throughout Metro Vancouver. And believe me, if you had a Scottish mum & an English dad like I did, you get fed a lot of sausages when you're growing up: breakfast, lunch & dinner. But I digress. Excellent butcher shop at very reasonable prices. You won't find this quality or taste at Safeway or Save On Foods.

  This places is my "Cheers". Everyone knows/remembers you after just two visits. The owners always give advice on food recipes and gives tips on how to cook the meat you're buying. The cost is really low considering the quality of the food and meat. Their condiments are really unique and high quality. I am a loyal customer and won't buy my chicken and beef anywhere else :) My only complaint is that they aren't open 7 days a week! They don't have to be...and one of the Owners, Chad, explained that it is for quality control. They turn their products quickly and base their store hours on shipment dates/times. Highly recommend.
