  I love to drink milk tea but this FAIR BEE in lansdowne mall is the WORST milk tea i've ever had taste like water and sugar its a waste of money i just don' t have time to return it i throw it in the garbage i' m not going here anymore i will just stick to COCO they are the best

  Not so good. They will substitute a powdered drink in place of real fruit with it telling you. There are a million of these places, so you can do much better elsewhere.

  Fast service and good quality BBT. Some staff have been really rude in the past, otherwise, the place is pretty good spot get your BBT fix.

  The best boba/bubble tea I've ever had. The tapioca pearls were so soft. Loved it. Don't know why it's so hard to get the texture of those tapioca pearls to be perfect but Fair Bee did it. I ordered the coconut milk tea with just the regular sweetness and it was perfection to me. Definitely will be going back whenever I'm in town.
