  Had heard about it, and checked their website. I saw that they had a "Mom & Tot" jump on weekday mornings. The wording on the website is "VALID SCHOOL DAYS ONLY starting at 10am and again at 11am. Tots jump for free when mom (or dad) pay to jump. Tot must be 5 and under." The wording explicitly says that "tots jump free" and the adult pays full price. However this is not true. Only one tot per adult is free, and therefore we had to pay full price for one of our twins. That's not "tots jump for free." Not cool at all. This on top of the fact that they have the parent/tot jump first thing in the morning and the place hasn't been heated yet. It's freezing. Not exactly appropriate for bringing kids to. It might be fun for those with one kid, but those of us with two, it's not worth the price for toddlers.

  ZSBC hosted an event at the Richmond location on afternoon of April 30th and the staff at the facility were extremely accommodating, organized and helpful. A BIG SHOUT OUT to Ian for helping with all the information and for processing our group so quickly and efficiently. Also, thank you to Bruce, Ana and the other staff we ran across in passing who helped us with whatever we needed to host a successful event. See you folks in the near future!   To much to clearly state here but advice. If you have a party here. 1. Clarify that you do not want to get stuck in a tiny room for max 10 with like 15 people. 2. Workout a price. 3. Carefully make sure that you are not getting over charged, they do like to use the "we don't give refunds" line. They are confused on the whole refund policy I paid for a group party and was shorted 2 badges and socks I believe they gave them to other children not in my group. I repaid for the missing socks after a lengthy conversation because I did not want the children to be just waiting. Long and short of it was they would not take responsibility for giving the socks to someone else and would not count how many people were actually attending the party we were overcharged 40$ on the day of. And lastly 4. Do not use the coffee machine in the parents room a patent told me they got got chocolate and it spewed out water and once again front desk response was we "don't give refunds" . Kids really like this place, and my group did have fun! This was only a parent perspective.
