  Had a great time. Been here a few times now. Read many mixed reviews so went a few times to see. Each time the good was perfect, drinks were great and not a problem with the service at all.

  Service needs a lot of work. We had a pretty big party, approximately 20 people. No drink orders were put in until 45 minutes after our arrival. It took over 1.5 hours to fulfill orders. There was no system to pay for our bills. The server we had was not efficient. He told me to wait while he prints off one of my friend's bills because their system was complicated. When it was finally my turn (20 minutes later), I had to tell the server to write down what I ordered that evening because he tried to "memorize" what I got and told me "i may have to come back to clarify what you got." Only thing they have going for them is the prime rib I got was pretty decent.

  One of my favourite places to go if you're looking for a Milestones or Cactus Club alternative to Richmond. In the summer, they have great seating for patio (granted, it is overlooking a parking lot) but they have nice couches and seating area. They also have a great lounge area for snacks. Steaks are ok (pricing is reasonable) and overall this would be a great pick for a place where it's easy to park, is different than your run of the mill and if you want to try something a bit different!

  Was looking forward to a special meal at a restaurant recommended by friends. Made a reservation for 5 pm. Were the first to arrive. A party of four were seated in a small booth. We asked for a larger booth and were told they were all reserved for larger parties. Well if it wasn't for the friendly waitress and decent steak the night was have been a complete waste. When we were ready to go the large booth beside us was STILL empty and the other large booth had three people. They clearly are not customer service driven. The food wasn't good enough to overlook the 'too bad' attitude. With so many fabulous restaurants to choose from in the lower mainland I would neither return or recommend this restaurant. Thumbs down.
