  I wish they had a phone line based on PST But oh well they don't, they have good customer service on the phone, I just wish the bottles were made a lil better other than that the quality of water is really good.

  If I could give these people a 0, I would gladly give it. They deserve nothing more. Their service is the WORST I have ever experienced, that is .. ~if you can get a hold of them on the phone ~at ~all! Then they are dishonest as well. I loved Canadian Springs, but something dark has happened since "Aquaterra" took over from them. Buyer beware! Just get a load of the number of bad reviews and take the hint!

  Absolutely horrific company. I was a customer for over 25 years, got no delivery for months on end, couldn't even get my empties picked up. Finally called in and was told I was in collections and my account was closed with no balance owing. Collection agent (General Credit Services) had no file for me and advised they had to terminate services with aquaterra due to their own difficulties. Called aquaterra back and was told that in fact I didn't owe anything. Save yourself the trouble and pick up the water at the grocery store
