  Service is not good. You order 4 orders of meat and they bring only 2. They never bring what you ordered at once, you always have to ask them to bring your order which you filled out in the very beginning . And worst of all, they dont tell you that they run out of the nicer beef they have which is my favourite. I ask for it they say they run out . Can i say I ran out of money in return?

  Came here for dinner with some coworkers and although the food was decent and fresh, what really turned us off was their incessant reminders that we only had 1.5 hours for the table. We felt rushed and they will indeed take away your food after 1.5 hours whether you're finished or not. It wasn't busy when we got there and we made a reservation ahead of time so it's not like they were doing us a favour by squeezing us in. Again, the broth and food choices were great and the place is nice and comfortable. But for the amount of money you pay per person, I expected to be able to sit, talk and eat at my own pace and not have my food taken away when I'm still eating.

  It is a typical average hot pot place. But I did notice they change the lighting to make this place brighter, which does help. And the bathroom is quite clean and spacious for a hot pot place. Sauce wise, you only get a limited selection (soy sauce, vinegar, BBQ sauce, peanut sauce, chili sauce and chili oil), additional items were extra. Main food items were good, average. Not bad, not great.
